The septic tank and drain field are located in the back yard.  The back yard has underground sprinkler system that can be turned on in two locations found on the deck.  The alternate drain field is off the bonus room.  The entryway offers a large concrete area.  This area will allow you the ability to park at the front door for loading and unloading.  The entryway grass area also has an underground sprinkler system with a beautiful fountain.  You can also find electricity to it.  Remove the fountain and install a beautiful pond with a natural waterfall.
