The garage/shop is a metal pole building with a two car bay. The roof is a 30 year composition roof. It has an insulated enclosed room for wood working or auto mechanics. The loft allows a lot of storage. The carport is open and allows more automobile storage. It is surrounded by concrete sidewalks that opens to black top. You can easily park up to 7 cars in front of the garage/shop. Another 8 cars can comfortably be parked in the parking area. The parking area is large enough for RV parking.
