Drawing of Potential Attached Garage

Above is a sketch that we had Andrew Locati prepare.  The sketch illustrates an attached garage added to the exhisting home.  His plans call for a two car garage, but it could be extended to meet all your wants and desires.  As you can see by partially removing the side deck, this addition would look as if the garage was always there.  Andy recommends that the garage sit back from the brick area so the transitions of the roof lines blend. 

You could change the plans to reflect the garage door on the front of the house.
